RENO, Nev. – Panattoni Development Company announced the addition of Paul Kinne as the company’s development manager for its Reno office.
Kinne is tasked with many responsibilities, including managing the development of industrial and office properties, coordinating aspects of land acquisition, managing project construction budgets and underwriting development feasibility. His position also entails negotiating lease, purchase and sale agreements and responding to requests for proposals.
Kinne returns to Panattoni after serving as a development manager with the company from 2004 to 2009. He worked as the vice president of marketing and competitive expansion for the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada from 2009 to 2013.
He has accumulated more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, including participating in more than 3 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions and more than 2.6 million square feet of real estate development projects. He serves as treasurer for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Nevada, Reno.
