Dermody Properties, a national industrial development and operating company, has named George Condon Partner, West Region. Condon will be based in the company’s West Region Office in Reno, Nev., where the company’s corporate headquarters are also located.
Condon is responsible for the company’s regional portfolio as well as new industrial inventory and build-to-suit projects, acquisitions and dispositions in Nevada and northern California.
“I am pleased to partner with Michael Dermody and Doug Kiersey to continue Dermody Properties’ incredible success in Nevada and grow our business in northern California,” said Condon.
Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Condon led the development of 3.5 million square feet in industrial projects. Most recently, Condon was the Founder and Principal at Sponsor Properties. He also served as Senior Development Manager with Panattoni Development Company and Property Manager with Hogland, Bogart + Bertero.
Condon has extensive experience in land acquisition and development operations. He has proven specialization in deal sourcing, due diligence, development/repositioning, team selection, project design and budgeting, pro forma and discounted cash flow development, equity and debt offerings, entitlements, leasing and disposition.
